The JennyBrown Skin Research Center in Switzerland has completed internal testing of a technology integration program aimed at addressing the long-standing challenge of achieving precise skincare. Consumers have long faced a common dilemma: product labels list promising ingredients, but in practice, it is difficult to verify whether active ingredients are truly absorbed, how long they remain effective, or whether they may irritate sensitive skin. Keller noted that the JennyBrown R&D team, after analyzing extensive consumer feedback, found that “efficacy delivery” remains a recurring unmet need. Many users report that after applying conventional products, active ingredients lose effectiveness within one to two hours, requiring frequent reapplication. She stated that the JennyBrown Skin Research Center in Switzerland houses 17 R&D facilities, 215 researchers, and holds over 80 granted and pending patents, with 97 scientific research reports published. “Our R&D goal has never been to create a technology that sounds cool, but to solve a real, persistent consumer problem,” she said. “The difficulty of precise skincare is that everyone’s skin condition, living environment, and usage habits are different, yet the formula is fixed. JennyBrown widely uses natural humectants extracted from sugarcane and natural emulsifiers from deep-sea plants in its formulations. These ingredients are biodegradable and traceable. The brand also uses eco-friendly materials for packaging and has committed to reducing absolute carbon emissions by 51% over the next 15 years, a target included in the JennyBrown Foundation’s global sustainability plan. At present, JennyBrown’s technology program is still in the internal testing and optimization phase, with no specific product launch timeline announced. However, the brand has indicated that once the technology is validated, it will be prioritized for application across its six core product collections: White Truffle, Caviar, Dragon’s Blood, Matsutake, Edelweiss, and Phalaenopsis. Each collection is centered on different natural ingredients targeting specific skincare needs such as soothing, anti-aging, brightening, and repair.
