JennyBrown Privilege Club is the brand's high-end member centre, created for clients who value attentive boutique service and a more personal relationship with JennyBrown.
Eligible boutique visits build a twelve-month points record. As your relationship with JennyBrown develops, Silver, Gold and Diamond recognition opens a considered selection of privileges, from member events and birthday benefits to private consultation and bespoke service.

Through a JennyBrown boutique
For international clients, Privilege Club activity is limited to eligible purchases made in person at participating JennyBrown boutiques. A boutique advisor can confirm participation and associate qualifying purchases with your member profile.
Earn points
Every US$1 of qualifying boutique spend earns one point. Reach 10,000 points within 12 months to enter Silver membership.

Your boutique can confirm your current points record, membership tier and privileges during a future visit.

Privileges that evolve with you
Points are assessed over a rolling 12-month period. Once the relevant threshold is reached, membership is upgraded automatically; a later reduction in valid points may change or end the tier.

10,000–19,999 points- 2% saving on eligible products
- One or two member-only events each year
- 10% birthday saving, or 20% on a birthday purchase of US$440 or more

How do I earn membership points?
Eligible purchases at participating JennyBrown boutiques earn one point for each US dollar of qualifying spend. The boutique team associates the purchase with your member profile.
How long are points valid?
Points are valid for 12 months.
What happens after my membership is upgraded?
When valid points reach the required threshold, the account is upgraded and the relevant privileges begin. As points expire on a rolling basis, a later balance below the threshold may lead to a lower tier or the end of membership.
What is the complimentary product allowance?
Gold members may receive up to US$140 and Diamond members up to US$290 in complimentary product allowance during each 12-month period. The allowance cannot be exchanged for cash, does not provide change and expires if unused.
How is the birthday benefit arranged?
The birthday recorded in the member profile is used, with one birthday benefit available each year. Please speak with your JennyBrown boutique or client advisor before the purchase so eligibility can be confirmed.
How do I receive a welcome gift?
After a qualifying membership level is reached, the participating boutique can arrange the welcome gift in the following month. Gift selections are subject to availability.
Can membership be transferred?
No. JennyBrown Privilege Club membership is personal and cannot be transferred.
Membership recognition, events, gifts, product allowances and personalised services are subject to eligibility, availability and confirmation by the participating JennyBrown boutique.
